Just a reminder to whoever ordered the @LUNARSKIESCOSM ultimate pr kit : you were supposed to get two UNRELEASED MAKEUP PRODUCTS. It’s what you PAID FOR. I don’t think a pot holder is a cosmetic item, and the lipgloss is just one of the two unreleased cosmetic items

@kealeysbeauty I know and it was our understanding at that time everything would be in ontime but unfortunately a lot of stuff happened behind the scenes and didn’t make that possible so we tried our best to make it worth the money that was paid.

@kealeysbeauty Was unacceptable to make the ultimate pr kit customers wait even longer. So we made the decision to include another makeup product for the same price that way you get what you pay for ❤️

@kealeysbeauty Hi Kealey ! We send an email to everyone who ordered this explaining the issue. We didn’t want our customers to have to wait longer for the blush palette. We don’t have the blush palettes in hand yet and probably won’t for a while because they shipped by sea. We felt it +

@kodeerants I don’t really think these polls are very fair. Considering your last one was about how it looks when it doesn’t give people a chance to try it themselves. And this one where anyone can vote yes or no when you don’t even know if they have an order ...

@kodeerants For those who voted no please dm your order number. Not one person has reached out to me stating this. I had packed these all MYSELF. I put in an extra in EVERY order. As well as random people throughout when I was boxing up got some goodies for good measure.
