Such a community effort to collect dried petals, leftover crafts bits & bobs and 95 recycled jars (I promise you, you'll never need 30 Gu dessert jars!) to get candle making club started today at summer school. Our new scholars loved building their character by getting creative💙

We build entire narratives, policies and protocols around getting children's attendance better, rather than getting children better.
We conflate attendance and behaviour.
We see the child who isn't "conforming" before we see the child who is actually saying "help me!"
