From the new academic year 2026-27, degree students in #Telangana will receive a ₹7,000 monthly #stipend while pursuing industry-linked education — a game-changing initiative by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy to make youth job-ready, future-ready and globally competitive. Telangana is redefining higher education with skill-based learning, real industry exposure and guaranteed employability opportunities. Under the Apprenticeship Embedded Degree Programme (#AEDP), government degree colleges will introduce 11 new-age courses this year, taking the total to 24 courses across 96 colleges. The programme aims to enrol 8,000 students this year — a massive jump from last year’s 1,770 admissions, showing the growing trust among students and parents. The new courses are designed around the industries of the future: 🔹 E-Mobility & Battery Technology 🔹 Embedded Systems & IoT 🔹 Food Processing & Technology 🔹 Animation & VFX 🔹 Film & TV Production 🔹 Business Analytics …and many more emerging sectors. This is not just classroom education. Out of 132 credits, 70 credits are dedicated to practical industry skills and hands-on training. Students will spend their final two semesters working directly in industries as apprentices while earning ₹7,000 every month. The courses have been developed in collaboration with premier institutions and industry experts including IIT Hyderabad #IITH, #ISB, University of Hyderabad #UoH and #EFLU. This is Revanth Reddy government’s vision: Not degrees without #jobs… But degrees with #skills, experience, income and #employment opportunities.

Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy unveils new Indiramma sari designs at Secretariat today. Indiramma saris will be distributed to one crore women in #Telangana for free during November-December 2026. Last year blue coloured saris were distributed. This year parrot green coloured saris will be distributed. Instead of repeating the same colour and designs like #Bathukamma saris during #BRS regime, the #Congress govt has decided to change colours and designs every year. #IndirammaSaris #BathukammaSaris

What happens if Future City project, conceived by Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy is abolished? #Telangana will pay a devastating price. 🚨 #Investments worth ₹6 lakh crore — for which MoUs have already been signed by leading companies — will vanish. 🚨 Nearly 13 lakh #jobs for Telangana youth will disappear. 🚨 Telangana risks losing the confidence of global investors and major Fortune 500 companies looking to build their future here. Future City is not just a project. It is Telangana’s gateway to global growth, #innovation, #employment, and economic strength. Politics should never come at the cost of the future of Telangana’s youth. Development cannot be reversed for political vendetta. The people of Telangana want jobs, investments, opportunities, and progress — not destruction of the state’s future. #FutureCity #BharatFutureCity #Fortune500

No child in #Telangana should have to choose between education and hunger. No student should sit in a classroom with an empty stomach, struggle through lessons without energy, or walk back home hungry after a long day of studies. In a landmark and deeply humane decision, Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has taken a historic step to ensure that every student from socially and economically weaker sections studies with dignity, nutrition, and hope. From the new academic year 2026-27, the #Congress government will implement a Breakfast Scheme and Midday Meal Scheme across government schools and junior colleges, covering nearly 25 lakh students every single day. This is not just a welfare programme. This is an investment in the future of Telangana. This is social justice in action. This is governance that understands the pain of poor families. For thousands of students in rural Telangana, education is a daily struggle. Many travel long distances to attend schools and junior colleges. Many come from families that cannot afford nutritious meals. Some students skip classes, return home early, or even discontinue education because hunger becomes stronger than ambition. The Revanth Reddy government has decided to change this reality forever. For the first time, Intermediate students studying in 430 government junior colleges will receive nutritious mid-day meals. Nearly two lakh junior college students will directly benefit from this initiative. At the same time, breakfast will now be served in all government schools and junior colleges across the state so that children can begin their day with energy, concentration, and confidence. This bold initiative is expected to significantly reduce dropout rates, improve attendance, strengthen learning outcomes, and encourage students from poor and rural families to continue their education without hardship. The programme goes beyond merely filling stomachs. It focuses on nutrition and health. Students will receive: 🥛 Milk three days a week 🌾 Ragi malt on other days 🍛 Nutritious lunches including vegetable biryani, leafy vegetable dal, khichdi, mixed vegetable curry, sambar, and rice The government has partnered with the Akshaya Patra Foundation to ensure hygienic preparation and efficient distribution of meals through modern centralised kitchens. With huge spending on both these schems, the Revanth government is proving that spending on children’s health and education is not an expense — it is the strongest foundation for the state’s future. A hungry child cannot dream big. A nourished student can change generations. This decision reflects a government that believes every child — regardless of caste, class, village, or family income — deserves equal opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is sending a powerful message: Education must come with dignity. Classrooms must be free from hunger. And the future of poor children matters. This is not politics. This is compassion transformed into policy. This is governance with a human heart. #MiddayMeals #BreakfastScheme #SocialJustice #EducationForAll #RTE #RightToEducation

“Politics is temporary. #Telangana’s future is permanent.” IT Minister D. Sridhar Babu came down heavily on #BRS leaders #KTR and #HarishRao for opposing the ambitious “#BharatFutureCity” project, accusing them of indulging in destructive politics instead of supporting Telangana’s growth story. “People rejected BRS in the Assembly elections, gave them zero Parliament seats, and pushed them into political irrelevance in local polls. Yet Harish Rao continues daydreaming from America about returning to power and cancelling #FutureCity,” he said. Sridhar Babu warned that irresponsible statements against Future City are damaging Hyderabad’s global investment image and sending negative signals to international investors. “Do you want investments to leave Telangana? Do you want to deny jobs to our children? Have political interests become bigger than the state’s interests?” he questioned. Drawing parallels with #Shamshabad Airport, #ORR, Software Technology Park, and #HITECCity, he reminded that visionary projects survive beyond governments and become growth engines for generations. “Just as #HITECCity transformed #Hyderabad in the #IT era, Bharat Future City will shape Telangana in the #AI era,” he asserted. The Minister also clarified that #PharmaCity is not being scrapped and announced that a Green Pharma-based Life Sciences Park will be developed without pollution. “We will not tolerate conspiracies against Telangana’s future. Under CM Revanth Reddy’s leadership, the government is committed to development, investments, jobs, and building a globally recognized Telangana brand,” Sridhar Babu declared.

Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy slammed #BRS leader Harish Rao for threatening to scrap the ambitious #FutureCity project if BRS returns to power in #Telangana. “Harish Rao's own future in BRS is uncertain… and you are talking about stopping Future City?” Ponguleti fired back. Questioning #HarishRao’s comments made from the United States, #Ponguleti asked whether BRS leaders had struck secret deals abroad over these lands. He said that while the #Congress government is building a world-class Future City for Telangana and the nation, the BRS regime failed to build even a single #MetroRail station or add basic urban infrastructure during its 10-year rule. “BRS leaders built farmhouses for their family members. We are building a futuristic city for the youth, for jobs, for investments, and for India’s future,” he said. Ponguleti accused BRS of obstructing every major development initiative — from #Musi rejuvenation to industries in #Lagacharla that would create employment for thousands of youth — and now attempting to derail Future City as well. He asserted that Congress will return to power again with people’s blessings and complete Future City as a landmark project that Telangana and the country will be proud of. “BRS has no future… but Future City is unstoppable,” Ponguleti declared. @INC_Ponguleti

✈️ From Government Schools Classrooms to the Clouds… A Dream Take-Off for Telangana’s Young Achievers! In a touching and inspiring gesture, Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy @KomatireddyKVR turned a promise into a life-changing memory for 14 brilliant government school students from #Tipparthi mandal, #Nalgonda district. During his earlier visit to government schools, the Minister had promised a “special surprise” for SSC toppers. Today, he fulfilled it in the most unforgettable way possible — by gifting them their FIRST-EVER FLIGHT JOURNEY! ✈️ The students, many from humble backgrounds who once only watched airplanes from the ground and dreamed of flying someday, will now soar above the clouds on a two-day #Vizag#Araku Valley tour with air travel, hotel stay, and full support arrangements. At his Hyderabad camp office, Minister Komatireddy personally interacted with the students for over an hour, discussing their dreams, careers, higher education plans, and future ambitions. His message was powerful: “Education alone can eliminate poverty. Your dreams should not stop with getting jobs — become entrepreneurs and job creators.” This is more than a tour. This is confidence. This is motivation. This is hope. The Minister also highlighted the education-focused vision of Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, with nearly ₹22,000 crore allocated for education, Young India Integrated Residential Schools in every constituency, and Telangana Public Schools aimed at empowering poor students. Moments like these remind us: When leaders invest in children’s dreams, they don’t just change lives — they change generations. 🌟 From Tipparthi classrooms to the skies above India… these students are carrying not just luggage, but aspirations, confidence, and a belief that no dream is too big. ❤️

Nearly 1 lakh #ITemployees in some of the world’s top IT companies lost their jobs in just the first five months of 2026 as Artificial Intelligence #AI rapidly replaced several traditional roles and companies announced massive layoffs. This is exactly why #Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has been repeatedly urging the youth to move beyond the conventional mindset of depending only on IT jobs and opportunities in the United States #US. The Chief Minister has consistently stressed that the future belongs not only to coders and software professionals, but also to skilled workers, #technicians, #manufacturing experts, #electricians, #plumbers, #mechanics, #healthcare assistants, #construction workers and other blue-collared professions that AI cannot easily replace. He has clearly stated that education without employment and livelihood opportunities is meaningless. IT degrees alone cannot guarantee a secure future in a rapidly changing global economy driven by automation and #ArtificialIntelligence. Emphasising the importance of technical and skill-based education, Revanth Reddy pointed out that countries like #Germany, #Japan and #Singapore are creating vast #employment opportunities for skilled workers and technicians. These nations value practical knowledge, industrial training and hands-on expertise, offering dignity, stability and high-paying careers to skilled professionals. With this vision, the #Telangana government has established a #SkillsUniversity #YISU to encourage youth towards skill-based education, industry-oriented training and employment opportunities in emerging sectors. At a time when AI is reshaping industries and eliminating thousands of white-collar jobs across the world, the message is loud and clear: The future belongs to those with skills, adaptability and practical expertise. The era of blindly chasing only #ITjobs is changing. The era of skill-powered employment has begun. #layoffs #layoff #ITlayoffs #ITlayoff #whitecollaredjobs #bluecollaredjobs

BIG RELIEF FOR 1.11 CRORE #WORKERS IN #TELANGANA! In a historic and game-changing decision, Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has announced a massive hike in minimum wages for workers across Telangana after more than 12 long years. Previous #BRS govt ignored wage revision for 10 years. The revised wages will come into effect from June 1, 2026, benefiting over 1,11,56,204 workers employed in nearly 9.37 lakh establishments across the State. This is one of the biggest workers’ welfare decisions taken after the formation of Telangana. NEW MINIMUM WAGES: ZONE-I (Municipal Corporations) ₹16,000 – Unskilled ₹17,000 – Semi-skilled ₹18,500 – Skilled ₹20,000 – Highly Skilled ZONE-II (Municipalities) ₹15,000 – Unskilled ₹16,000 – Semi-skilled ₹17,500 – Skilled ₹19,000 – Highly Skilled ZONE-III (Rural Areas) ₹14,000 – Unskilled ₹15,000 – Semi-skilled ₹16,500 – Skilled ₹18,000 – Highly Skilled Massive increases: • Unskilled workers – 34.95% hike • Semi-skilled workers – 32.01% hike • Skilled workers – 25.90% hike The government said the previous wage structure had become outdated due to inflation and rising living costs, while workers had been waiting for revision for nearly 12 years. CM Revanth Reddy said dignity of labour and social justice are the #Congress government’s top priorities and stressed that workers should receive fair wages matching present-day realities. The Chief Minister also gave a strong message to the youth, urging them to move beyond only #IT and #US-focused career dreams and embrace skill-based education and technical #employment opportunities available globally in countries like #Germany, #Japan and #Singapore. A government that stands with workers. A government that values labour. A government delivering economic justice. #Telangana #RevanthReddy #MinimumWages #WorkersWelfare #LabourRights #TelanganaGovernment #CongressGovernment #EconomicJustice #SkilledYouth #Employment #SocialJustice
