I have a very hard time leaving home because of my anxiety disorder. it's bad. but I left the house yesterday for the first time in a long time and I feel very good about it. just wanted to share :3 I'm pretty proud of myself!!

@cowb0ytism @ancom_J7 As someone with panic attacks, there's a method that can help when it's not too bad already: choose a color and count five things of said color you can see. Maybe this can help shift your focus. :)
