#PencilArt  I’ve been sharing my classical pencil portraits like “Whispers of Velvet I & II” and I’m genuinely curious about what you think. When 30 hours of work was put into each one, I was disappointed that from 812 views, I only had 36 likes and wondered whether it was the subject or the artwork.  Would you like to see more of this Regency/Empire-inspired style, or would you prefer something more modern and contemporary?  I’m planning to start a modern woman piece soon and would love your thoughts before I begin. What style speaks to you most, classical elegance or modern grace? I’ll read every comment, if any, when I have a chance. Thank you in advance for any feedback. It really helps me decide where to take my art next!

@ktboldy That looks absolutely delicious. I’ve never had batata harra before, but it looks like it would be worth every effort. I’ll have to try making it. Also- I’m sure my Mum uses that same bowl for her trifles!

Leela Update; Thank you everyone for your lovely messages. It meant a lot to us. As for Leela, not great news as her legs deteriorated further overnight, she has just had her MRI, they are prepping for surgery now. She has slipped discs, extrusion and blood clots. At this point it’s 50/50 if she’ll recover. It may take a few days before we even know. I’m honestly just about keeping my shit together, although I just stood on her favourite squeaky toy and back to blubbering. 😭 Our main concerns are, is if she will have a quality of life, she’s been through so much already. We got Leela when she was 10 months old (Greek street dog) after she’d been beaten to a pulp, the bastards broke her pelvis, smashed her face (hence the one eye). Her spine was probably weaker from the damage at so young an age and bad nutrition as a street puppy. We are just keeping everything crossed at the moment. Thank you everyone again 💕 I’ll keep you posted xx

Nine years ago today, I met the love of my life and my best friend & I have felt blessed every single day since! He would have served less time for murder. I’m certain it’s tempting at times 🤣 The restaurant gave us a nice surprise just as we were leaving 💕

@according2_taz Harry disgusts me and in my opinion, his actions are unforgivable. I would lose so much respect for the King but still support the Royal Family. I don’t think it would be fair to turn my back on the Prince and Princess of Wales for the King’s decision. But it would be tough.

Some of you are asking why do the poll. It's because I want to try to understand the wider feelings of Royal supporters. If the King is choosing his heart over his head, when it comes to Harry, will that spell disaster just for his reign or for the future of the Monarchy.
