@karanohito01 @wil3681 French here, and Mazinger Z (Goldorak) is like a classic here for the older generation that grew up with these, i think it also goes both ways since animes like Space cobra referenced a lot of Jean Pierre Belmondo movies (the whole main character is literally inspire by him)

The “anime became global because of Dragon Ball” narrative ignores how massive anime already was across Europe and Latin America.

I don't know what Level 5 is expecting? They gave up on the international market years ago, put out marginal worldwide releases, and then are surprised people pirate their older games? Lol

The game was indeed censored to the point where even the co-director didn't like it, Nintendo offered refunds for it and it flopped so hard no one would even remember it exists if it wasn't for this post.

Snowball Earth, a Mecha VS Kaiju anime taking place in a post-apocalyptic future where the Earth is covered in snow, is currently running this season & will have 13 episodes.
