My friend gave birth and they have been telling her that her baby will have the same tribal mark as her husband but she didn’t think they will go through with it because the husband has begged them to exempt the boy that he doesn’t think his wife will get through the trauma. Fast forward to the day of the naming ceremony after the party she was told the boy will get the tribal mark as he is the first male grandchild. As early as 4am the next day they took the baby from her to give him tribal mark. And the part of Ilorin where the guy came from , their tribal mark is all over the body and a thick baamu ( \ ) on the face. They brought the baby back to her covered in blood, she fainted at the sight , they rescued her and she breastfed the baby with hot tears, her husband could not console her. After another 8days, the baby was then 16days old, the family came to check on the baby and said the mark is not visible and needs to be redone. They took the baby and redo the tribal mark , my friend landed in the hospital. She didn’t talk to her husband for months 😂 The boy is now 2 year old and the family is peaceful also She has vowed never to accept such for any of her child again but you can’t blame the man it’s their culture

(1 Kings 19) Another Thousand years later, during the Transfiguration, Jesus went on the Mountain and saw both Moses and Elijah and discussed with them. The disciples described Jesus face as like the Sun. He looked like a God to them. (Mark 9) This means that Jesus existed outside the concept of Time and Space and was communicating with Moses and Elijah in their respective time. To Moses and Elijah, they were on the mountain speaking to God in their respective time. Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever. Keynote from this: Moses represented the Law, Elijah represented the Prophets. Jesus is the fulfillment of the Law and the Prophets.

When we were in secondary school, particularly the new school I moved to in Ss1, there was this girl in my class who would always look stressed whenever we say we are going to her house, trying to tell us No jo you people should go home.
