Our work, modeling the high fidelity inheritance of histone modifications post replication, using ideas from information theory, is published in PLOS computational biology. journals.plos.org/ploscompbiol/a… @ranjithpa
biorxiv.org/content/10.110… RNA-binding protein condensates exhibit a physical phenomenon called aging which results in a loss of dynamicity. We use coarse-grained simulations to show that droplets can access several structural states with distinct intra-condensate environments.
