Bacteria are talented producers of #diterpenes. We screened 334 terpene synthases: doi.org/10.26434/chemr…. New skeletons, new stereoisomers, terpenes known in other organisms but new to bacteria. A massive team effort led by Xiuting Wei and Wenbo Ning! @UFChemistry
