🔍By capturing mature sperm nuclei, we fine-mapped trans-eQTL hotspots and detected meiotic recombination events. Our study with 5 A. thaliana F1 hybrids reveals that most eQTLs are cell-type specific. Notably, PSV1 regulates sperm nuclei-specific genes 🌿🔬#Genomics #Arabidopsis
