Our study complements a recent preprint by our collaborators in the Hermann lab showing a division of labour between BTN3A molecules in pAg recognition. Also interesting data coming soon from Zhang and Uldrich labs.

New study on BTN3A1/BTN2A1/Vγ9Vδ2 TCR interactions out now in Cell Reports! @forum_gd We use mutagenesis, NMR and modelling to probe BTN2A1/3A1 IgV interactions. In a cool NMR expt we show that BTN2A1 IgV domain cannot bind simultaneously to BTN3A1 and TCR cell.com/cell-reports/f…
