5/ Research from the Ashanti Regional Command found that even where cameras exist, selective activation is a major problem. The device being on the chest doesn't mean it's recording. And when footage is unavailable, there's no way to tell a technical failure from deliberate concealment.

5/ Adusah now lives in Maryland, USA, preaching under a third name. Former partners describe coercive control. Charmain's son Isaac says Adusah hit both him and his mother. Her family says she had found out he used a false name, had another wife in Ghana, and was planning to leave him. No one has been charged. The questions remain open. 4/ A BBC Disclosure investigation found the Ghanaian police inquiry had serious gaps. A retired Scottish detective who reviewed the files said the omission of the late-night visitors was "very strange." A church member who heard the couple arguing loudly that night — and heard the call cut off abruptly — never had her statement passed to Ghanaian investigators.

1/ Charmain Speirs was 40, a single mother, a committed Pentecostal Christian in Swansea. She met Prophet Eric Adusah online in 2014. He was a London-based pastor with a TV presence and a following. They married in September. By March 2015, she was dead in a hotel bathtub in Koforidua, Ghana.
