@Carbonite @s_1_n_g_h I've been a Carbonite subscriber for 7 or 8 years now and overall have been very happy - that is, until the mobile app became completely dysfunctional. Despite my loyalty to the company and repeated calls, no emails were ever sent informing me that the app had been removed!

@s_1_n_g_h Hi! We had to remove the mobile apps from the app stores until we can release an improved version due to some issues with recent updates. You can access the same features and functions via your account by visiting account.carbonite.com from a mobile browser.
