@ATT @ATTHelp Is there currently an outage or tower issue in the Parma, OH / Cleveland, OH area? My phone has been stuck on SOS or 0 bars for the past 2 days, while my AT&T home internet is working normally. I’ve already restarted my phone and the issue hasn’t changed. Can someone check if there’s a network issue or tower outage affecting my area? Thanks.

Why is @ATT SOOOO VERY BAD at customer support. Their AI is horrible. No help at all. They should be embarrassed. You have to wait days to get a real person to call you back.
Walk into a store, they say call the main number. WTF! Your staff can't help?!
