Look at the crowds to see robots race tonight in Abu Dhabi. Sound on. When I first saw autonomous vehicles I thought I wouldn’t see them in my lifetime. None completed a simple course in the DARPA grand challenge. Tonight in Abu Dhabi was amazing. So many families were there with kids learning about robots and AI. Congrats to the German team for winning tonight. Shows that Germans are fast. Whether in AI or with humans. (I am half German and drive like this so made me proud).
