@ASOS I have received my order today which I am largely happy with. To confirm that in order to have the voucher code applied, you want me to repackage the order, send it back and reorder it again? All of this will cost you money in the picking &packing &me, time and convenience.

@ASOS ASOS refuse to apply a voucher code to an order retrospectively in spite of the fact that the code was not processed due to their technical issues. They expect their customer to organise the refund and reprocess the entire order again without any guarantees of code working.

@ASOS such a poor ordering experience today. Tried several times to process order and rejected with no explanation. Finally processed with voucher code. Order confirmation arrives without voucher code. No call back from customer service.
