@RTPIPlanners Thanks, not lead by planners, but Swansea City Council were successful in securing Cultural Olympiad funding in 2012 to deliver an excellent ‘meanwhile use’ of community allotments on the former Vetch Field football ground.

@RhunapIorwerth quoted in BBC News: "As the result in Dyfed-Powys shows an electorate that isn’t enthused by Keir Starmer and are increasingly astonished by revelations about Vaughan Gething’s donations." Please do not assume: I was voting for a PCC, not for KS nor @PrifWeinidog

I’ve had a few days in Boston but left the museums I wanted to visit until today so I can really enjoy them and, wait, what?

@cowanrob So ridiculous - the lack of correlation between diminishing quality of student accommodation & decreasing levels of student wellbeing! I’ve been sorrowful to see inner city tower blocks with no access to outdoor space, not a blade of grass developed in my old University city.

2/2 (who designed the Bank of England building in Castle St Liverpool) completed the project. An early air handling system was installed by Dr Parry, who repeated the exercise in the Palace of Westminister.

“For Arts, Law and Counsel the townspeople built this place in 1841” St George’s Hall, Liverpool. The initial design competition was won by a largely forgotten 25 yr old, Harvey Lonsdale Elmes.

This is really interesting from the last update letter from the Chief Planner. The argument that the planning system should be able to assume other control regimes will work should apply much more widely. Too often planning is left to carry the can for failures elsewhere.
