@LadybirdInsure what terrible customer service during what is a stressful time for anyone going through a claim. More than 3 hours on hold over last couple of days, still no update on my car, cut off on calls, passed round departments

@LadybirdInsure tried twice to get through, both half hour waits. When I did get through I got transferred and put on hold for 15mins then got cut off!
