@StaffsPolice Hi, just on hold for 15 minutes to 101. Can I report hazard in narrow black spot on Derby Rd Uttoxeter. Severed reinforced cable laying across road is sticking up and likely to cause cyclist to fall off, in the path of traffic. Thanks
