The Fox Community watched and talked to global experts about the issues of plastic garbage polluting our oceans and other water ways. It was a very dynamic virtual field trip which sparked awareness and thoughts on future action.
Science World came to Chute Lake today! We learned about weather and and how scientists observe, predict and test. It was a very exciting morning of learning!

The Owl Community is learning about Voyageurs, the fur trade and early settlers as they interact with the Canoe facilitators in Ontario. The students loved the learning!
Chute Lake primary students toured the Santa Bus at school. We then gifted Santa and his team with our community collection of gift cards and presents for less fortunate families.

The Owl, Fox and River Otter Learning Communities held a very exciting and well run Shark Market for our school community. It was a big success and our students learned a great deal about being entrepreneurs and the importance of marketing.
