It really does take a community to raise these children. The learning can’t stop at home. The educators still have to be compassionate and concerning like parents, and we all still have to work with each other. It should never be us vs them. It’s a We thing.

You have some students that are going to have behaviors because of substance abuse that was passed down through genetics. If you do not know family history of the child that child is just gonna look outright crazy to you but NO there is a reason…

You have some students that have behavior issues because the teacher presents the information in a way that they just simply cannot understand and digest. There needs to be a creative tweak and how we are communicating the lessons to the students, verbal or visual.

Some children are very intelligent and only have behaviors because they’re not being challenged enough at school because they have to deal with the delayed progress of the other students so they get bored

Also, if our kids need additional help if there’s learning challenges that need to be addressed we need to be honest about it so that our children are given the right tools for the right job so they can be successful

And it has nothing to do with the potency of the education necessarily, but there’s a lot of behavioral distractions and Every student learns differently And that’s another convo in itself you have to be very creative and adaptive to these children’s needs.

Had a rough day in the office a student called herself trying to bully another student and got a chair dropped on her head mind you my contract says I’m not allowed to restrain these students so all I could do was communicate on the walkie-talkie lmaooooo😂😂😂😂
