@Renefoetsie You're looking at a market that with the huge glut if investment capital is already almost certainly overvalued. You add risk to an already overvalued market, it is a perfect time for some to get out.

The last week has been the steepest fall in US stocks since 2008. And frankly I don’t quite understand why. The coronavirus is slowing down, not speeding up, all these corrections now are just... insane.

@TheChicagoSteve Yeah, I think the article itself even says the polls look good for Bernie, the only real question is the risk of whether the younger vote REALLY comes out for him, as there isn't really any historical evidence to support that happening.

This outlines a concern of mine, that a Bernie win in the general election essentially depends on younger voters to turnout like never before. I think he CAN win, but it depends on Democrats being able to unify behind him and getting massive 18-29 turnout. vox.com/policy-and-pol…

@LakeshoreGay The most pro-Bloomberg statement I’ve heard was, “I think Bloomberg could outspend Trump in a general election.” Of course, I had to cut that person out of my life for being a class traitor, but even that was a pretty weak argument for Bloomberg.

There seems to be NO basis behind the idea that if Sanders wins the primary that Trump wins the general. Why? What is that based on? I agree there are concerns, but no candidate has no concerns.

Seriously... Can anyone actually have a debate and follow logic while not constantly mischaracterizing what the other person is saying? Is there ANY care for an honest discussion anymore, and not just "being right?"
