We repurposed our conference room into a new turf area for our instructors to work on any plyo/weighted training, including a brand-new rack of med balls and @DrivelineBB Plyos 😄

Effective immediately, all camps at Lakeside Indoor will pause and pick back up following the lift of the shutdown, which is scheduled to be Dec. 7.
Our instructors are still available for 1on1 sessions and groups no larger than 2:1.
Masks will be worn AT ALL TIMES.
