@BlackBerryHelp thanks I have gotten it working now. Held the top and side button simultaneously and it rebooted. Seems OK now.

@BlackBerryHelp Z30 charged to 100% does not respond. Everyonce in a while if i press the top button the face comes on but it will not allow me to swipe up to enter my password. It will not turn off or on s there something i can do to reset it I would prefer not loose my data

having trouble understanding why my BB Z30 Model STA100-2 has version 10.3.2.2836 and my husbands BB Z30 Model STA100-5 is at version 10.3.3.1463. Why won't mine update to the latest version? [10.3.3.1436] Our carrier is Speakout 711, which runs thru the Rogers networks.
