@KelRo736 @Constitution_94 They need to contact the Ghana High Commission in Pretoria (or relevant office) ASAP with whatever secondary proof they have. Submit the proof + passport photos. They often conduct an interview & can cross-check against Ghana’s central records (biometrics, birth database, etc.)
