How do I see the Power Level 160 Missions and the Weekly Quest? To unlock 160s and the Weekly Quest you need to: - Finish the Canny Valley Questline - Complete all 10 Twine Peaks Storm Shield Defenses - Be Power Level 124 or higher NOTE: Deliver the Bomb DOES NOT COUNT for the Weekly Quest

@archer_fortnite Given this change I’m excited for what the possibilities could be and the future road map for STW. My only concern is that they don’t over engineer something that puts those of us on older PC graphics cards or processors at risk of not being able to play the game.

Random talk, but a lot of people don't realize just how impressive something like Hestia (Homebase) is on Epics end. This is the first time they have ever had a Frontend be PLAYABLE, where the player can actually interact and move around inside the Frontend with a player controller. Epic has literally never done this before, BR doesn't even have this level of tech, and it's incredible they managed to pull it off in STW none the less with just how much stuff STW has going on at all times. Even with the bugs and lag issues right now, it's still insane they pulled this off from a technical standpoint

Epic has pushed a hotfix out to try to fix the matchmaking issues in Save the World Restart the game if you are still having issues

@JoellJoelly For me missions keep defaulting to fill rather than no-fill. Doesn’t matter what I do, I may be missing something but as a primarily solo player it’s annoying.

STW issues in v40.20 I have found When you join a player who is in their STW Homebase from the games main menu it sometimes fails to load in to their homebase. (or makes you ready up. 1/2 ready, leader needs to leave to main menu to ready up again.) Loading times (due to new homebase) are up 33%-40% in my estimation. Partying up with players in STW sometimes soft locks you, failing to load in to the leaders homebase. STW Still has matchmaking issues since v40.10. (Matchmaking system migration) Defenders often fail to follow the player correctly and spawn and despawn constantly creating significant noise. visual issues in STW with distant fog and lighting. causing light flashing and visual oddities (as a work around put effect settings to low) STW UI doesn't honor HUD scale settings in Homebase. Lobby Music will play everywhere in Homebase and can't be paused/skipped/muted. (Due to the STW menus not having the new music player yet) In Homebase when viewing some menus the player loses their pickaxe... left holding nothing. Viewing menus also breaks jamloops. In Homebase opening the emote wheel makes all players character invisible. Activating a Jamloop emote creates framerate stutter Leaving a Endurance in STW from the social menu ends the mission without giving the owed rewards [This behavior is new and it wasn't like this with the old social menu],It no longer gives the 'Are you sure you wish to leave' confirmation screen. [This behavior also applies to normal missions] (as a work around leave endurances beyond wave 4 from the storm shield computer to get rewarded) BASE doesn't show up on the trap picker wheel when owning more than 8 stacks of floor traps. (as a work around edit the floor in a way its incompatible with floor traps, then open the wheel while looking at the floor and the trap picker wheel should only have BASE on it, Select Base and then reset the floor then place it.) Crit values/damage on some weapons are still bugged [Dealing way lower damage number than intended] making end-game content such as the Mythic Storm King very hard to complete. Storm shield assists button put you in normal missions instead of storm shield defenses that request for help. Play with Others button puts you in missions by yourself sometimes. Since v40.20 you're no longer able to view party members their power rating/level.

Welcome all the new Commanders to Save the World! ⛏️🌩️ Save the World has seasons just like BR does, but STW's seasons are on a rotation with a different season rotating in every 2.5-3 months! Save the World has 5 different seasons that each bring their own rewards, Ventures Zone, and event mode! Save the World has 2 different "Storm Types"; Mutant and Mini-Boss. During Mutant Seasons almost every mission with an Alert Reward will be the same Element Type, while during Mini-Boss seasons almost every mission with an Alert will have a Mini-Boss and increased chances for higher tier rewards (Like V-Bucks/X-Ray Tickets) [V-Bucks are only available for Founders] 🍁Flannel Falls (Mini-Boss) runs from mid-January to early-April. Flannel Falls brings with it the Lunar Llamas which contain the Chinese New Year Heroes and Schematics! This season also has Dungeons as it's event mode, a fast pace dungeon crawling mission where you are encouraged to go as fast as you can! 🏴‍☠️Scurvy Shoals (Nature Mutant) runs from early-April to mid-June. Scurvy Shoals brings with it the Pirate Llamas which contain the Pirate Heroes and Schematics! This season also has Survive the Horde as it's event mode, a wave-based survival mode where you defend 3 objectives for 15 waves while only using resources from Supply Drops between each wave! 🌵Blasted Badlands (Fire Mutant) runs from mid-June to early-September. Blasted Badlands brings with it the Rad Llamas which contain the Rad Heroes and Schematics! This season also has Hit the Road as it's event mode, a payload based mission where you escort a truck to a radio tower while making pit-stops throughout the mission ending in 1 final defense at the radio tower! Blasted Badlands also includes the yearly Birthday Event where you can earn Birthday Llamas that can give you a chance to get a copy of almost any item in the game! (Birthday Llamas do not include Starter Pack Heroes or Schematics) 🎃Hexsylvania (Mini-Boss) runs from early-September to mid-November. Hexsylvania brings with it the Fortnitemares Llamas which contain the Black Metal Schematics, Fortnitemares Heroes, and Costume Party Survivors! This season also has Dungeons as it's event mode, a fast pace dungeon crawling mission where you are encouraged to go as fast as you can! 🎄Frozen Fjords (Water Mutant) runs from mid-November to mid-January. Frozen Fjords brings with it the Holiday Llamas which contain the Holiday Heroes and Schematics. This season also has Frostnite as it's event mode, a wave based mission where you defend a BluGlo Burner for 20 waves while gathering resources from the map to build defenses!
