I've just started publically tracking my bets, which can be found here docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d… I've been successful on the exchanges for a while - hopefully this continues!

@ScamBettingClub This is the last months results from a £5k bankroll using 10% Kelly, using only the Player Xg and Game Centre tools on Tom's website. This doesn't include the other tools I use, also doesn't include Betdaq/Smarkets/Matchbook. Don't worry though, I'm very sure he's scamming us all

#footballindex community I have a call to action. Please complete this questionnaire as we are now listed as a drop down of the applicable "scandals" which is progress and shows we are being listened to. Please don't leave this for someone else to do!!

Everyone once asked what they could do or that they'd love to buy Dave a pint for all his effort over the past few years. Here's your chance #footballindex
ZiDave FI@Zidave1

If any of my #footballindex followers have a spare couple of quid then please consider sponsoring my son Lewis who has been training hard in half term for the activities next week. He has really got into sport this year so would be great if he raised crowdfunder.co.uk/p/floodlights-…

A year before the 1st market crash @TheFCA put this in writing about #footballindex total disgrace that the Sheehan Report didn't interrogate these liars about why they did nothing & changed their mind after the collapse. 18 months of further deposits. How many Millions lost

The following thread relates the connection between Betindex #footballindex and Index Labs the 100% owner. This is in response to the Liquidators Report published yesterday. This is not from Begbies but BDO the Liquidators of Index Labs.

So I have completed my correspondence with FRCC yesterday evening regarding #footballindex - overall I am very happy with the content of the report and I received a very nice email from them yesterday regarding a comment I hoped would be included but won't be.

1st tweet in ages, wanting #FPL advice. Current plan: Son > Palmer GW2 Saka > Son GW5 WC6 City-less but Haaland is too expensive, need to wait for their midfield to settle & I don't think Gvardiol will be as attacking.

The new Affordability Check recommendations came out yesterday. Thresholds raised. Interim codes issued. Woo hoo. The industry is saved. Horse Racing is saved. The Racing Post happily patting themselves on the back for being such a driving force behind the changes. A true tour de force. Or does yesterdays announcement really change absolutely nothing. These thresholds aren't even compulsory for operators. They are voluntary recommendations. It is simply a recommendation on an interim basis. We still have 6 month pilot schemes going on. That seem to have lasted for about four years. All this does is kick the issue down the road without actually resolving anything. Frictionless checks. Lol. The GC in cloud cuckoo land still. Inevitably a new Government will come in and who knows how it will look. Do you really think we will see a noticeable difference as a customer? These bookmakers will still ask for a ridiculous amount of paperwork (whether under the affordability or AML guise). We will still be none the wiser as the customer. They will still delay withdrawals. They will still keep account balances without good cause. They will still hide behind ridiculous T&Cs. T&Cs like the palpable bet rule will still be abused. They will still continue to behave deplorably. There will still be the incredible asymmetry between what someone can win and lose. My one big fear about Affordability Checks was that it would distract from all the other shameful behaviour that the bookmakers are allowed to continually get away with. It was clear from Mr Rhodes interview with SBC that he doesn't see a problem with the way customers are currently treated. The bookmakers continue to push the levels of what is acceptable and will keep going until someone says enough is enough. That has to be the Gambling Commission. Good luck with that. They aren't fit for purpose and havent been for a very long time. The customer is so badly represented in this industry. It will continue to be that way whilst Mr Rhodes is at the helm. This week we saw some data from the Gambling Commission that showed the number of bets placed in Q4 2023/24 on slots had increased by 12% and the number of sports bets decreased by 6% compared to Q4 2022/23. In an industry lacking reliable data those numbers are very telling. We are continually being told that the checks that have been introduced in recent times are there to help reduce gambling harm. Anyone would think that slots are proven to be the most addictive form of gambling in the sector. Great job Gambling Commission. It really makes you wonder what the real aims are here. If they wanted to get serious about the reduction of gambling harm they would clamp down on the most addictive type of gambling. Slots. Hardly rocket science or is it? They obviously won't as the bookmakers generate too much money from them and by proxy the Government. Always so many mixed messages in this industry. There is always a simple question to ask yourself in this game. Are the bookmakers/BGC squealing and fighting for their lives about the potential introduction of new legislation? If the answer is no then it is always incredibly telling. That's exactly the situation we find ourselves in.
