This time last year, I was at Canaanland for Shiloh serving God whole heartedly in my unit as an usher in training, This year I couldn’t make it to Canaanland physically for Shiloh because I’m living in my answered prayers from last year’s Shiloh 🥹🥹 Dear God, thank you 🙏

Carry an abundance mindset, going into 2026. Choose to see opportunities. Choose to collaborate and take risks. Choose to dream big. Share ideas with people. Support others. Take bold steps. Read books or listen to people that push you to be better. Let me tell you what happens when you do this. Your mindset becomes healthier, and you operate from a place of strategy instead of fear.

If you are resigning, I beg of you, do it professionally. Don't burn bridges. Give that notice. Be at your best during the transition period. Corporate world is very small.

This hack will make you show up 100% more confident than you currently do. ‘You are the most knowledgeable about the work you do’ Stop telling yourself your boss knows better. They don't. Not about the work you actually do. Think about this for a second. Pick any project on your desk right now. Now imagine your boss being asked about one tiny detail; something specific about how you built it, the step-by-step, why you made that choice, what specific data set informed your approach. Could they answer it? Probably not. Why? Because they're not in the detail. They're 30,000 feet up. People often get this wrong: They think distance equals wisdom. They think because their boss has more years of experience, they are automatically more knowledgeable than they are about the work. Total lie. Your boss brings perspective. You bring mastery. You are the master of the detail. That counts for something. The detail is your superpower. But you refuse to acknowledge your superpower. So, You walk into meetings doubting yourself. You hesitate to contribute. You wait for permission to lead. All because you think: "They've seen more. They know better." But without your detail, they have nothing to build on. You're literally the architect of the work. They're the strategist. You need each other. But that only works if you own your lane. This changes today: When you sit in that room, don't shrink. Don't apologise for knowing your stuff. Bring the detail. Share the insight. Pitch the idea. Own the moment, with clarity. Because you're not just a doer, you are important. And it's time everyone, including you, knew it. Make Sense? Go and be fantastic today. #Orebukola

master your craft so completely that it becomes your language. not the language you speak to impress others, but the language you think in. where the work isn’t separate from you, isn’t something you do, but something you are. where your hands know before your mind does. where you’ve repeated the fundamentals so many times they’ve dissolved into instinct. it’s not just talent. it’s mind and body numbing devotion. it’s showing up when inspiration left. it’s the thousand hours nobody saw that make the one hour everybody wants. excellence is a religion. and the only prayer that matters is practice.

When I started working at an agency in 2017, that was when I realised that the corporate world has a way of draining you of creativity. You get stuck doing one mundane thing over and over again, that you forget what exploration and play feels like. It is an infection.

The only loyalty that matters is the loyalty to the future in front of you. The future! Not your bosses Not your employer Not your current situation Not your current tasks & priorities. Your loyalty is to the future.

Pursue exposure. Search and take up opportunities to step outside your usual circle, your usual city, your usual friends, and your usual comfort zone. It'll humble you and inspire you at the same time. It'll expand your mind and force you to raise your standards. You’ll meet people your age, some even younger, doing things you never imagined possible. You will naturally begin to do those things, and wonder “Ah, so this is how far I can actually go.”

In your 20s, you will meet a guy who will make you feel something you haven’t felt in a long time. He will text you every day, call you at night, ask about your day, make you laugh, and remind you what it feels like to be wanted. And for a moment, you’ll think, “Maybe this is it. Maybe this is finally my person.” It is very important you don’t lose yourself in that excitement.

Entry level Interview..... Interviewer: Tell me about yourself Answer: Thank you very much for this opportunity. My name is XYZ, and I'm a graduate of XOXO from the University of Amos Nsemeke. I have proficiency in email management, calendaring, research, and I am a team player with attention to detail. I am familiar with Microsoft tools and packages like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. I am also skilled in Canva, Notion, and Trello. I have experience using virtual meeting platforms like Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. I have more to share, but I would like to stop here for now. 😁 (This will make everyone to smile) This is simple and straight to point and avoid unnecessary personal stories.
