Tough week - friends are either dying or have died from metastatic breast cancer. The guilt I feel that I'm currently cancer-free is huge. And the reality that I might be in their shoes sooner than I'd like is also hard to bear. Time for some exercise to clear my head.

@HughesMaria @Tickoffcancer @bccww Ductal cancers are likely to recur in first 2/3 years and then the risk tails off the longer you live. Lobular are more likely to recur after 5-10 years and that risk stays higher
