I don’t mind British nationalism but on economic grounds I believe in free markets not nationalisation. Nationalists are often socialists.

Abraham was a descendent of Shem - another one G-d promised the land to the descendants of Shem. If you had any knowledge of the Old Testament you’d understand this basic stuff. Doh!

Modern English ancestry has been here since the Mesolithic. Or are Māori in NZ just “Victorian Europeans” now?

Scandinavians' impact was very minor. Englishmen on average are roughly half 5th century Germanic and half celtic Briton, with variation between east/west ofc.

Sure, in Kent you might be more Saxon/Jutish and in East Anglia you might be more Angle, but across England ethnogenesis merged them to form the English ethnic group. As early as Bede we were regarded as one folk, the Angelcynn.
