Positive culture has to be driven by players. It starts with teammates holding each other to high standards. When you are accountable to your brother and remove our egos, great things can happen. But we have to surrender to the philosophy of us and not me.

Lancer junior Jaxon Adkisson is one shot off the lead at the state golf tournament in Johnston. He carded a two-under 70 today. As a team, North Scott is tied for fourth. I'll be on site bright and early tomorrow for all the action as the Lancers have 9 a.m. tee times.
