Success leaves clues - fresh off of state track - including a 2nd and 4th place individual finish for Alyssa and Micayla - this group came in to train today on an optional memorial day session. Love the commitment to getting better!

Day 2 absolutely delivered. Three more medalists for North Scott: - Trey Feist: 4th in the shot put (55-10.25) - Kaylee Ervin: 5th in the long jump (17-09.50) - Adalynn Johnson: 6th in the shot put (38-10.25)

After school lifting will start right after 5th block today!

Saw a large group of 8th graders playing ball at Lancer Stadium after school. Love it! HS football is just around the corner, and I LOVE SEEING KIDS JUST BE KIDS!!

Big one today. Mike Busch was a multi-sport star at North Scott who went on to be dual sport Hall of Fame football and baseball player at Iowa State University. Really unprecedented even during his time. He was an All American in Football and played for the Dodgers.

Congratulations to Stew, Evan, and Aaron on their induction into the North Scott Athletics Hall of Fame! I had the pleasure of coaching Evan & Aaron, it was so great seeing them again. Evan was a former S&C Athlete of the Year and Aaron a 3 sport, 2 time MAC player of the year!
