Lancia Motor Club

The most boring Club Website has been down for 2 days or more! Will anyone notice? Such a shame, but typical of the (lack of) management!

Shame about the model guide, not a patch on the old one with information & a greater range of models. Built by a 'modern' Lancia owner?

The club's website has got to be the most boring site around, 5 events this year and not a single report on the website! Dull design as well

The change will allow those members who cannot attend the whole weekend to go to the AGM meeting & enter the concours etc.

Let's hope that the change to the old AGM format is not too late, & that attendance will improve.

I see that sanity has returned with the return of the tried & tested AGM format for 2016, only changed to suit the Committee not the members

The 1974 - Beta Coupe 1st Series it is not, it is a later FL3 Beta Coupe ie from around 1980.

It goes on - the 1970 - Fulvia Series 2 Coupe 1.3S is a Fulvia Coupe S2 1.6 HF Lusso (it has bumpers).

There's more - the 1970 - Fulvia Series 2 Sport 1.3S has a photograph of a 1971 (the only year they were produced) Fulvia Sport 1600!

Also the 1965 - Fulvia Series 1 Coupe 1.2 has a photo of an 1969 Fulvia S1 Coupe 1.3 Rallye S.

For example the 1965 - Fulvia Series 1 Sport 1.2 has a picture for a 1970 Fulvia Series 1 Sport 1.3S previously owned by Brian Long!

Oh well too much to expect the LMC website manager to correct the model guide (a poor imitation of what was there before!

Good news - LMC admin fixed the forum & website missing banner images problem, & now you can join online - the buttons have arrived at last!

After all the problems of missing images have lasted for over 18 hours, surely LMC members must have noticed the problems and reported it?

I do hope that Cosanostra Design are not the ones behind the website & forum glitches - not professional from a company offering web design.

A pity really, when asking potential members to part with their money it, does not bode well if the LMC act like amateurs.

Oh dear, looks like the banner image on the LMC forum & the images from the LMC website have gone missing - not a good way to run a website!

Looking further, another backward step is the much reduced model guide, a case of style over substance? - missing models & no technical info

Coo it has only taken 12 years (shows how good the original was) but the LMC has a new website, backward step is you can't join online!!

It’s a pity that the money being wasted on subsiding a book few want is not used on a website and digital archive worthy of the Lancia name
