August now tells us more about land registry. This is often is cumbersome and slow process. In developing countries it is often a source of fraud and corruption. Both issues could be made better with #blockchain

Obviously something like a 'Public ledger of land rights/marriages' could be kept in plaintext on a blockchain with no issues

@ArnoldOkudo Most land issues begin at the registry because of poor/non-existent records. On blockchain everyone can view all transactions and all records are public.
