Independence baseball coach Scott Cuthbert was named West Virginia Boys Baseball Coach of the Year the WVSSAC announced. The Pats swept through the postseason, all the way to the AA championship game. Cuthbert is now eligible for the NFHS National Coach of the Year. #wvprepbase
