@samoore_ I’m yet to read it too so thanks for highlighting it. I think that one of the issues is that they compete not on price but rather the far more intangible ‘ prestige’. As a result new entrants won’t increase competitiveness per se as people aren’t motivated by price?

Update: some might argue that including the crumble topping is somewhat unconventional - but that might be the best mince pie I've ever eaten (and I have a lot of experience). I accept more research is needed, and I'm willing to diligently conduct it over the next month. #hero
