Yeah, it’s awful what’s happened to us Southern Baptists. We have four of the strongest seminaries in the country with some of the best Bible scholars in the world. In addition, we steward the largest church planting and missions sending orgs in the world. Just terrible.

Everything men do to women can be explained by a single concept. Men dont actually like women. They dont want to be friends. The already have friends. Male friends. They want to have a woman for the services a woman provides. Kindof like wanting to buy a car.

The fix is simple: love both genders equally. Give men and women the same rights, respect, and opportunities. If you’re married as a Christian, your husband is your leader. If a man abuses a woman, we should step in. If a woman abuses a man, we should do the same. Gender shouldn’t change what’s right or wrong. When we stop picking sides, we can deal with the real issue. Being a Christian is enough. There’s no need for extra labels like “Christian feminist.” We should see through the devil’s trick and his agents’ attempts to create unnecessary gender wars and division in the church and in marriages.
