We enjoyed a fantastic production of The Railway Children yesterday. Huge thanks to Friends of Langley for funding such a wonderful experience.

What a fantastic night! Our Langley dancers were amazing. They danced with such confidence and we are so proud of them!

Some of our Year 4 children completed their 'Sports Leader' training this week. They will be supporting active play in school by organising games and events with the younger children. We can't wait to see them in action!

We delivered 15 festive hampers to Monkseaton Medical Centre to give to our local community. Thank you to our Langley families for their kind donations.

What a fantastic afternoon watching the pantomime Beauty and the Beast. Thank you to the Friends of Langley for organising this amazing treat!

Today is 'World Mental Health Day'. We had a whole school assembly this morning to talk about how important it is to share our feelings.

It has been lovely welcoming everyone back to school. The children have settled brilliantly and made a great start to the term.

We are thrilled to receive Gold Level for The School Games Mark this year. This is an awards scheme designed to reward schools for their commitment to the development of competition across their school.

The children have worked so hard with Mrs Coombs to create our wonderful Langley garden. Our Year 2 children loved showing their families around today.

Well done to all our choir members for their amazing performance at last night's Summer Sing event at Whitley Bay Playhouse. You were fantastic!

It was fantastic to see so many of our children and families running in the Langley Takeover at Whitley Bay Parkrun today. Well done everybody!

We are thrilled to announce that the Langley Year 4 skipping team were awarded first place at the North Tyneside Skipping Festival. The team demonstrated amazing skipping skills and fantastic teamwork. We are so proud of you!

We have some very important visitors in Reception today!

The whole school has enjoyed learning about and celebrating the coronation of King Charles III.

Today we celebrated Earth Day 2023 in our teams across school. We talked about all the ways that we can ‘Invest in our Planet’. We also had ‘Earth Hour’ in the afternoon where we turned off electronics and ended the day reading, drawing and talking together.

Our amazing skipping team qualified for the borough final in the North Tyneside Year 4 Skipping festival project. They skipped their way to success demonstrating our core values of respect, resilience and responsibility. We are so proud of you all!
