This guy is trying to argue that the Stanley Parable has less gameplay than Mixtape because all you do is move forward and press buttons, but that’s not all gameplay is. SP’s button pressing cascades into many different potential game states. Mixtape only ever has one.

The Stanley parable Is NOT a game. There is no fail state other than restarting the loop which is just lazy. There are no goals. There are no rewards. It's more like an interactive art exhibit
