I’ve never seen such a disconnect between the commentary on this site and what I hear in the real world. I’ve talked to dozens of normal conservatives in real life about the Iran War and I haven’t met a single one who’s actually enthusiastically in favor of it. At best they’re warily optimistic. In most cases they’re opposed. In some cases they’re not only opposed but deeply furious. And yet here if you utter a word of criticism about the war you’ll be shouted down by throngs of alleged American conservatives who allegedly have wanted nothing more than for America to go to war with Iran. It just doesn’t reflect what I see on the ground. That’s not just cope because my position is unpopular with “my side.” I’ve held plenty of unpopular positions. I really don’t care. But in this case the social media vs real world divide is stark and unlike anything I’ve seen before.

Before I ever converted, I was a Catholic who read the Bible closely, and I couldn’t ignore what it said. God made a covenant with Israel, not metaphorical, not replaceable, not expired. Becoming Jewish didn’t create my belief in Israel, it confirmed it. Zionism, to me, isn’t political first, it’s biblical, it’s historical, it’s the story of a people and a promise that never disappeared, no matter how many tried to erase it. Yes, I can read and understand Arabic and wikiislam is NOT a source of understanding either. Also, I am not a scholar of Islam and I am not here to debate either. I am here to convince anyone to change their beliefs or religion. That’s, to me, a person’s own responsibility to seek truth and once found, stick to it.

yes i have read it, not all but alot and im still reading, i agree with alot of things but there are alot of things i didnt like too, but this right here is completely false, there are extensive records and evidence that Jesus was crucified so as i said quran is either wrong on this or quran is lying, even most sceptic historian will tell you that there is proof that jesus was crucified

First I thought it is not worth it to answer someone who appears to have no knowledge. But then I realized it’s my duty to speak the truth and share what I know. Esa (or Isa) or Jesus refer to the same person. Different languages. Secondly, the Quran teaches us “Do not differentiate among the messengers”. Thirdly, I didn’t say Muslims are Christians. I said Muslims are even more Christians than Christians because Muslims follow the teachings of Jesus more than Christians. Jesus or Isa didn’t preach anything different but Islam. Which is submit to the One and the Only God. Jesus was a messenger of God like others. Lastly, I have NO masters but One, and in Arabic it is called Allah. In English, Spanish, Hindi, Cantonese, Aramaic, Hebrew there maybe different names for the term God. Please read the message carefully and understand it well before jumping to conclusions and start blaming someone of being slave to someone. Peace.
