I can tell you that in the professional world, if anyone tried to do the things that "localizers" routinely get away with, they would be fired, blacklisted, and potentially sued.

The other issue is a computer cannot quantify the confidence a base hit gives the guy in deck, and how it affects the pitchers.

@Art_Domino @Nepsuka If its not literally translated, then the translator has failed in their job. Its not their job to "punch up" the script. Its their job to take the words the author wrote and the studio approved and turn those into the target language.

It will ensure everyone to have the same financial footings (relatively). If even then teams don't want to spend and still being shit, then we tax them based on their performance
