@TheoryWiseOS It isn’t what it was made out to be, I hated it at first, came to love the melee punish phase but the acid phase is extremely annoying. Disappointed with the spec weapon, I think it could be worked to serve as a general spec weapon better than burning claws everywhere

So, almost two weeks later, how do y'all feel about the Maggot King as a fight? Try not to consider the quality of the commons/uniques, just as a fight. Personally, I was underwhelmed at first, but have come to really enjoy it with all the unique tech and itemization it has.
