These are my favourites to organise, so let's go over the pros and cons together! ☝️🤓 👍 Pros: ◇ Rewarding for both guest and host ◇ Exciting and different stream types to explore ◇ Creates unique experiences for viewers 👎 Cons: ◇ Requires preparing content in advance and relies on your guests' full cooperation ◇ Mentally taxing for multiple reasons ◇ Can be time-sensitive depending on the format, so needs the host to be strict on guests Learning how to run these can be a great experience and the skills you learn can be applicable elsewhere. And what works the most is a clean, professional email. Your email MUST: ⤳ Perfect grammar ⤳ Super easy to read (short sentences + bullet points) ⤳ Straight to the point ⤳ Clearly state what you want No fluff. No typos. Pure professionalism. Companies notice the difference instantly. Commission a media kit (PDF with your stats, past collabs, audience demographics & why you’re perfect for them). Send it attached. It gives the impression “I’m serious” and instantly separates you from 99% of random creators. Never cold-spam. RESEARCH first. Mention something SPECIFIC about their event/company and how YOU add value. They don’t only check your numbers, they check if you’re professional and PROMISING. Big following helps, but professionalism wins every time.
