I work for UPS, 33 years. I never, not once, ever did this to a customers pkgs. If out in the open, I would surround the pkgs with garbage cans, plywood, something, anything, to keep them hidden as much as possible. If it’s not possible, I go to a neighbor’s home or a different business to deliver them. This is absolutely unacceptable!
