I want to upgrade my setup soon (So I can do vtuber models and speedpaints/timelapse) In this economy, is it best to build a PC or stick with a laptop? My laptop is just a pass down from my cousin (HP intel core i7) should I just upgrade this?

For years, my only health concern was my depression. I like to think that my mental health got better when I went back making art in 2024. I still feel the usual MDD symptoms but it's not that serious unless I got triggered. But for some reason my physical health got worse
