@mattwelter everything changed for me when I had an encounter with God. not with a church, not with religion. Had everything I wanted beforehand but was miserable. Nowadays I can very very confidently say Ive never been happier or more fulfilled. Meeting Jesus changes everything.

In 3 years I see this place producing 4-6 mil a year. Acquisitions is where the real money is at. Right now is a rare time. There's a massive wealth transfer right now and most of you aren't even taking advantage of it. Baby Boomers are starting to retire and have noone to take over their small businesses. Imagine what happens when they all try to sell at the same time, but there aren’t enough buyers. Just like real estate, it becomes a buyer's market. You have ALL the leverage. wouldn’t be surprised if a significant number of these small businesses end up being sold with zero money down.
