In the Dáil today I raised the worsening crisis in the Cork primary care psychology services.
Caused by years of severe under-resourcing & compounded by ongoing recruitment restrictions.
The answer is an extensive recruitment drive, not 'robbing Peter to pay Paul' redeployment.
