I was completely surprised by the mellow, nuanced flavour of this Blackstrap rum from @LastStrawDistil . It's great for cocktails as my two recipe suggestions at the conclusion of my review attest.

@LastStrawDistil Stout Whisky is a big step up for the distillery, both in terms of presentation and the liquid inside. Really enjoyed this one!
