The store where my bag was snatched couldn't be more helpful
They scoured CCTV and sent the footage to the Met and have supported me fully
The Met however have sent an auto-generated email telling me they will either investigate it. Or not. But DO NOT REPLY
I am going to assume it will be 'not' and begin the process of using the crime reference number to try to replace the purloined items
In an ideal world the thief will be caught and will face consequences. I have zero expectation of this happening. But we can hope!
