Almost a month into the air campaign against Iran and no indication Oghab 44, the #IRIAF underground facility NW of Bandar Abbas, has been targeted - this is interesting and worth considering 1/

@KAFearless @Microinteracti1 We appreciate your feelings on this, genuinely, but we need everyone who feels the same in your country, including on domestic issues, to organize, mobilize and turn out in November to help slow this madness down.

K 🌊 NO OBEYANCE IN ADVANCE!
@Microinteracti1 As an American I can assure you in this administration there are no diplomats - just sycophantic Trump appointees who care NOTHING abt the country they are ‘assigned‘ to. They care abt appeasing Trump at all costs. It’s the weakest, damaging & dangerous admin of ALL US history.

Pete Hoekstra is the United States Ambassador to Canada. A man appointed specifically to understand Canada. Whose entire job, when distilled to its essence, is to comprehend why Canadians feel the way they do about the country directly to their south – the country that just slapped tariffs on their exports, questioned their sovereignty, and suggested they might want to consider becoming the 51st state. And when a journalist asks him, with admirable patience, whether he understands where that frustration is coming from, he doesn’t say “it’s complicated.” He doesn’t say “we have work to do.” He says, with the serene confidence of a man who has never once been troubled by self-awareness: “Absolutely, no.” Absolutely. No. Not just no. He reached into the English language and found the one adverb that makes the answer worse. This is a diplomat. This is America’s official representative to a nation of 40 million people who are currently being economically strong-armed by his boss. His job – his only job – is to understand Canadians. And he has looked that job squarely in the face and said: not today. You genuinely could not find a better summary of current American foreign policy if you wrote it yourself.
Scott Robertson@sarobertson_

Pete Hoekstra: You've got folks who are doing everything they can to get the Canadian public to rally against America. Just doesn't make any sense. Radio-Canada: But do you understand where that frustration is coming from? Hoekstra: Absolutely, no.

@Microinteracti1 @Sir_Cam_Free Not a diplomat but rather a pundit put in place by the great leader to represent and unflinchingly defend the Maga agenda. He's a swamp creature that emerged from the tea party cesspool and was well formed for this current tasking

Almost 10 years ago, I came across @CZV416 on here. She lost a son. We were on opposite ends of the gun debate. I went to Toronto and met her and over the years our friendship developed. She’s a true public safety advocate because she knows we aren’t the problem. Thanks for your friendship, having an open mind despite your grief and for telling your story. 🇨🇦🥹❤️

The iconic AV-8B Harrier II has been retired from USMC service, ending a 55-year run of Harrier operations between the 1st and 2nd generations. They received an eventful sundown during Operation Absolute Resolve, one last combat run before enjoying retirement...

#MarineCorps AV-8B Harrier II aircraft with Marine Aircraft Group 14, 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing fly near the coast of North Carolina. The “sundown” of the AV-8B Harrier II, an iconic aircraft that has supported joint and Marine Corps operations for over 40 years, also represents the dawn of a new era; it paves the way for 2nd MAW’s full transition to the F-35B and C Lightning II. #USMC #SemperFi #MarineAviation

@LatinMilAv @waynejv1973 @RodAVanier No. What if there are multiple intruders breaking in at different places? If they are on your property, and appear to be a threat, they should lose all legal protection.

Not a chance. The use of reasonable force is already permitted. PP wants permission for home owners to use unreasonable force in defense of their home. How American is that!

@vcdgf555 Can we assume the Pahlavi dynasty will not be returned to power then? Because many Iranian Magas were talking non-stop about it not long ago

I can only believe that Iran will do everything in its power to re-arm and solidify its capabilities with regard to the Strait of Hormuz, backed with the lessons it gained from the conflict.

🔺 Top adviser to Iran’s Supreme Leader: U.S. is “trapped” with Hormuz, and will never return to the America of before Mohsen Rezaei, who commanded the IRGC for 16 years — the longest tenure in the organization’s history — and currently serves as military adviser to Iran’s new Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei, told Tasnim News that Iran has secured a historic strategic victory against the United States, as negotiations continue toward a deal to end the war. 🔹 “For the first time since World War II, America’s superpower status has collapsed. America after the ‘Ramadan War’ will never return to the America it was before. And we have brought about America’s decline in the Middle East.” 🔹 The U.S. military designed the recent battle to last in the most pessimistic scenario 15 days — and deployed forces accordingly. “After failing in the early days, they sought a unilateral ceasefire to rebuild their strength, but Iran’s strategy prevented their escape and the aggressors became trapped in the strategic snare of the Strait of Hormuz.” 🔹 “If the war expands from the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz to the Sea of Oman, Bab al-Mandab, and the Indian Ocean, it will take on vast and uncontrollable dimensions. The enemies, understanding the end of this dark corridor, fear entering the war and have turned to the negotiating table.” 🔹 “Iran has strong legal and security justifications for its sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz. This management is not to block free trade, but to prevent insecurity and military campaigns.”

@RodAVanier The real danger here is seeing it as a part of the bigger online Maga campaign to diminish our democracy and delegitimize the PM. This is a national security threat of the highest order and we need to recognize it ever time we see it
